The working principle of WDA-1 Super Digital DC Electrical Instrument is based on DC electrical exploration technology, which uses artificial field methods to establish a stable electric field underground, and studies the distribution law of underground electric fields to understand geological structures and find mineral resources. The following is its detailed working principle:
Transmitter:
The transmitter part of the instrument is responsible for generating and outputting DC high-voltage power for use by electrodes. These power supplies can be built-in lithium batteries or other forms of DC high-voltage power supplies.
The transmitter part has overvoltage, overcurrent and AB open circuit protection capabilities to ensure stable operation in various complex environments.
Receiving part:
The receiving part is responsible for measuring the potential difference or current change caused by the electric field generated by the transmitting part in the underground medium. These measurement data are crucial for analyzing the resistivity distribution of underground media.
The receiving part has instantaneous overvoltage input protection capability to prevent damage to the instrument due to external voltage shocks.
Data acquisition and processing:
The instrument has a built-in advanced data acquisition system that can collect and process measurement data from the receiving part in real time. After digital processing, these data can be converted into multiple geophysical parameters such as apparent resistivity, natural potential, and apparent polarizability.
During data processing, the instrument automatically performs natural potential, drift and electrode polarization compensation to improve measurement accuracy.
Display and control:
The WDA-1 Super Digital DC Electrical Apparatus is equipped with a full Chinese handheld computer and Bluetooth technology, which realizes intuitive operation of the human-machine interface and wireless remote control functions. Users can easily set parameters, start measurements, transmit and display measurement results, etc. through a tablet computer.
The instrument also has a diagnostic program that can quickly and accurately determine the location of the fault and the main damaged components, facilitating maintenance and repair.
